What began as a small initiative has grown into a thriving organisation, thanks to our shared values and strong relationships with participants and their support networks. Our growth reflects our commitment to excellence and our unwavering belief in the potential of every individual.

Our Journey

  • Pre-2022

    Before Coastal Supports WA
    Founder Paula Williams contributed to the rollout of the NDIS across Western Australia, championing inclusive, participant-focused support systems.

  • 2022

    Company Established
    Coastal Supports WA was founded by Paula Williams and her five children, supported by extended family members. Together, the founding team brought over 50 years of combined healthcare experience—including midwifery, mental health, and nursing—and 35 years of experience in the NDIS and disability support sector.

  • 2023

    NDIS Registration: Officially registered as a provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

    Community Engagement
    Became a member of the Wanneroo Business Association, strengthening ties with the local business and support community.

    NDIS Conference: Invited to contribute to sector discussions and reforms at a national NDIS conference.

  • 2024

    Specialist Collaboration
    Established a partnership with the Continence Foundation of Australia to enhance education and continence care delivery for participants and staff.s here

  • 2025

    Health Awareness Mission: Launched a free education initiative providing accessible health resources to NDIS participants, their families, and frontline support workers.

    Not-for-Profit Transition: Submitted an application to become a registered Not-for-Profit organisation, with a mission to reinvest directly into community care outcomes.
